Yes, we offer a FREE consultation to review the items you have for sale. Don’t throw anything out! You’d be amazed at what sells. We’ll help you decide if a sale would be of value to you.

Our services are used in many different circumstances: death of a family member; divorce; relocation; home foreclosure, to mention a few. We are hired by homeowners, family members of deceased, Estate executors & trustees, attorneys, realtors or others who have authority over the estate.

The sale itself lasts three days: one preview day for antique dealers and previous buyers from our mailing list and two days that are open to the public. Actual preparation for a sale is dependent on the size of the job. Typically allow one week for set-up and pricing.

This depends on the location and size of the estate. Generally we require a minimum two weeks notice. We are, however, willing to discuss special circumstances.

Yes, this is included in the fee we charge. Also included are sale preparation, pricing, arranging and staffing the sale.

The requested donation is $1,300 or 33% of the gross sales, whichever is greater. CNVC has 501C3 non-profit status and the service fee is tax deductible.

Yes, we carry liability insurance. We request that you keep homeowner’s insurance for the estate’s protection on the property during the sale.
